Peter Moerhle's Class - Character Concept

So for Peter Moerhle's class we basically can do whatever we want so I decided to do a character I have been pondering upon for .... years. Looking maybe to make this a portfolio piece. This is just the concept of her to show Peter. I didn't plan on coloring it in, but I might do it just to have yet another piece to put in my portfolio. He wants me to animate her on this weird Jetson's treadmill floating high in the sky, but I don't want to animate her other than having her cloth parts swayin' in the wind. ALso, that would require making an environment, which I can't do to save my life. I guess I could go outside my comfort zone, but time is kind of a critical commodity at the moment, so I may just pass on broadening my horizens . . . at least for now.
